REQUIREMENTS OF PARTNERSHIP COOPERATE ACCOUNT

• Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate
• Certification copy of Partnership Deed
• Partnership Mandate
• BRELA/BPRA Registration
• Board resolution which will include account type TZS/USD/EURO/GBP, the resolution should show when the meeting was held, sign arrangement, who will manage the account, whether will want to be connected with Internet Banking, and who will be the administrator, and what amount of funds they wish to transfer per day if any
• Copy of valid business license
• Company directors CV together copy of ID/Passport
• Copy of TIN Certificate
• BRELA/BPRA Registration
• Copy of TIN Certificate
• To fill the agrement form together with specimen signature card
• All share holders who own five percentage and above shares should submit his/her KYC which will include CV and Copy of ID/Passport
• Recent coloured passport of all partners
